Bay Oaks announces summer camp schedule

With the school year coming to a close, the Bay Oaks Recreation Center is getting ready for another exciting season of summer camp scheduled to begin June 20.
This year, there are two camp options: Traditional Camp for ages 6-12 or Teen Camp for ages 11-13. Campers ages 11 and 12 have the choice of which camp they prefer.
Each one-week session centers on a different theme and includes a field trip such as ice skating, movie theater, beach or water park. Other camp activities include organized games, arts and crafts, sports, science experiments and water activities.
Bay Oaks is seeking donations to sponsor children who will otherwise not have the opportunity to attend summer camp this year. Bay Oaks is in need of monetary donations to fulfill current requests for summer sponsorships. With each donation of $435, one child can attend summer camp for the entire summer.

Session 2: “America Week” (June 27-July 1)
