Book nook hosts signing
Annette’s Book Nook will be hosting Fort Myers Beach resident and author Mrs. Peg Whipple, on Saturday, April 16, from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Her book “A Gift of Memory, Daughter of a Fugitive” is her life story. It tells her story of life as young girl with a “mischievous, loving father who was also a fugitive and her loving, prim and proper mother.”
The book is filled with heartwarming tales of a proud Florida Cracker family, with all its ups and downs. All who have read it are thankful that she took the time to write her memories down for all us to read. Her 87+ years of life have given her a lot to share with us.
