Lee County Sheriff’s Office updates DUI Arrests
Impaired drivers are a very real danger to themselves and, of course, any motorist who is sharing the road at the same time. With this in mind, the Lee County Sheriff’s Office launched a multi-faceted campaign of education, awareness and enforcement to battle this threat to our community. We have elected to publicize the names of those charged by deputies with the offense of DUI during the past week:
On Feb. 21, 2011, at approximately 1:11 am, Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Michael Arthur Patterson, D.O.B. 03/10/64 of 11200
Orangewood Dr, Bonita Springs, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of
Daniels Pkwy/Gateway Blvd, Fort Myers, Florida.

On Feb. 21, 2011, at approximately 2:21 am, Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Joseph C. Quinn, D.O.B. 03/19/80 of 2801 Wilfred Rd,
Sanibel, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of S Cleveland
Ave/Fowler St, Fort Myers, Florida.
On Feb. 21, 2011, at approximately 3:36 am, Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested William Alexander Esposito, D.O.B. 06/19/80 of 18531
Geranium Rd, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 10650
Palm Beach Blvd, Fort Myers, Florida.
On Feb. 23, 2011, at approximately 12:27 am, Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested James Ward Plotner, D.O.B. 11/19/47 of 163 Adrienne Dr,
Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Derwent Ave & San
Carlos Blvd, Fort Myers Beach, Florida.
On Feb. 23, 2011, at approximately 1:49 am, Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Jamie Sue Gibbons, D.O.B. 12/06/82 of 222 NE 10th Ave, Cape Coral, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Bayshore Rd/Evanwood Lane, North Fort Myers, Florida.
On Feb. 24, 2011, at approximately 12:49 am, Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Richard Raymond Martin, D.O.B. 04/03/61 of 16560 Bear
Cub Court, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Alico Rd
& S Tamiami Trail, Fort Myers, Florida.
On Feb. 24, 2011, at approximately 2:54 am, Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Brian F. Mcauley, D.O.B. 04/21/71 of 118 NE 20th Pl, Cape
Coral, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 118 NE 20th Pl, Cape
Coral, Florida.
On February 24, 2011, at approximately 8:45 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Scott Edward Durant, D.O.B. 11/23/81 of 1115 SE 23rd Pl,
Cape Coral, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Business 41/River
Rd, North Fort Myers, Florida.
On Feb. 25, 2011, at approximately 2:43 am, Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Douglas A. Lionberg, D.O.B. 09/06/83 of 2228 SE 16th St,
Cape Coral, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Hancock Bridge
Pkwy, North Fort Myers, Florida.
On Feb. 25, 2011, at approximately 8:44 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Gary Colin Young, D.O.B. 05/28/65 of 15085 Balmoral
Loop, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 720 Estero
Blvd, Fort Myers Beach, Florida.
On Feb. 26, 2011, at approximately 12:33 am, Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Paul Steven Vangelakos, D.O.B. 10/29/87 of 6219
Candlewood Lane, Orlando, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of
Landings Blvd & McGregor Blvd, Fort Myers, Florida.
On Feb. 26, 2011, at approximately 7:23 am, Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Mauricio Nicolas Ducan Armesto, D.O.B. 07/30/88 of 1414
NE 15th St, Cape Coral, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 19099 S
Tamiami Trail, Fort Myers, Florida.
On Feb. 26, 2011, at approximately 1:16 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Kenneth Wayne Smith, D.O.B. 02/24/60 of 381 Santa Fe
Trail, North Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Fourth
Way & Cabana Ave, North Fort Myers, Florida.
On Feb. 27, 2011, at approximately 2:20 am, Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Charles David McDougall, D.O.B. 06/02/89 of 20020
Barletta Lane, Estero, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Estero
Pkwy/S Tamiami Trail, Estero, Florida.
On Feb. 27, 2011, at approximately 3:29 am, Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Victor Brent Prevatt, D.O.B. 06/01/63 of 5791 Staley Rd,
Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Palm Beach Blvd/SR
31, Fort Myers, Florida.
On Feb. 27, 2011, at approximately 7:12 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Eric Martin Lampman, D.O.B. 10/09/58 of 2550 Broadwater
St, Matlacha, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 4205 SW Pine
Island St, Matlacha, Florida.
On Feb. 27, 2011, at approximately 10:33 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Rob Dewayne Reed, D.O.B. 02/21/83 of 7201 Pinnacle Dr,
Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 1400 Estero Blvd,
Fort Myers Beach, Florida.
