LCSO releases DUI Arrest Update
Impaired drivers are a very real danger to themselves and, of course, any motorist who is sharing the road at the same time. With this in mind, the Lee County Sheriff’s Office launched a multi-faceted campaign of education, awareness and enforcement to battle this threat to our community. We have elected to publicize the names of those charged by deputies with the offense of DUI during the past week:
On March 14, 2011, at approximately 8:32 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies
arrested Dennis James Fewox, D.O.B. 03/04/57 of 101 N Curtis Ave, Lehigh
Acres, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Lee Blvd/Sunshine Blvd
N., Lehigh Acres, Florida.

On March 15, 2011, at approximately 12:42 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies
arrested Piro Rodriguez, D.O.B. 07/17/74 of 175 Manor Blvd, Naples, for DUI.
The incident occurred in the area of Highland Woods Blvd/ S. Tamiami Trail,
Bonita Springs, Florida.

On March 15, 2011, at approximately 1:56 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies
arrested Steven James Smalluck, D.O.B. 02/07/88 of 8461 Village Edge Cir,
Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 7700 Estero Blvd,
Fort Myers Beach, Florida.

On March 15, 2011, at approximately 1:56 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies
arrested Martin S. Oravetz, D.O.B. 05/20/78 of 8166 Woodridge Pointe Dr,
Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Corkscrew
Rd/Stoneybrook Blvd, Estero, Florida.

On March 15, 2011, at approximately 2:05 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies
arrested Bill Ray Phillips, D.O.B. 11/15/44 of 17860 Grey Heron Ct, Fort
Myers Beach, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Isle of Palms
Dr/San Carlos Blvd, Fort Myers, Florida.

On March 15, 2011, at approximately 11:38 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies
arrested Jeffrey Lyn Bowers, D.O.B. 04/27/58 of 27514 Playa Delray Lane,
Bonita Springs, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Bonita Beach
Rd/Old 41 Rd, Bonita Springs, Florida.

On March 16, 2011, at approximately 10:34 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies
arrested John Joseph Albritton, D.O.B. 05/21/63 of 348 SE Camp St, Lake
City, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Birdsong Lane & Stringfellow
Rd, Bokeelia, Florida.

Underwood Dr, Fort Myers, Florida.

Myers, Florida.

arrested Daniel R. Webb, D.O.B. 07/24/65 of Transient, Fort Myers Beach,
for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Estero Blvd, Fort Myers Beach,
Florida.
