Lee County Sheriff’s Office announces weekly DUI arrests
Impaired drivers are a very real danger to themselves and, of course, any motorist who is sharing the road at the same time. With this in mind, the Lee County Sheriff’s Office launched a multi-faceted campaign of education, awareness and enforcement to battle this threat to our community. We have elected to publicize the names of those charged by deputies with the offense of DUI during the past week:
On Jan. 24, 2011, at approximately 2:10 am, Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Joshua Keith Smith, D.O.B. 01/19/83 of 420 Tudor Dr, Cape
Coral, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of College Pkwy &
Pompano, Fort Myers, Florida.

On Jan. 24, 2011, at approximately 3:41 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Blaine Scott Hawkins, D.O.B. 03/01/43 of 2290 Cardwell
Lane, Frankfort, KY, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Alico
Rd/Interstate Commerce Dr, Estero, Florida.
On Jan. 24, 2011, at approximately 9:19 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Jeremy Alexander Mahn, D.O.B. 05/25/77 of 15200
Shamrock Dr, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 19490
S Tamiami Trail, Estero, Florida.
On Jan. 25, 2011, at approximately 7:24 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Donovan Lucien Moree, D.O.B. 08/20/71 of 843 South St,
Fort Myers Beach, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of McGregor
Blvd/Kasamada Dr, Fort Myers, Florida.
On Jan. 26, 2011, at approximately 5:39 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested David Anthony Mongiardino, D.O.B. 06/15/57 of 6300 South
Pointe Blvd, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of College
Pkwy & Winkler Rd, Fort Myers, Florida.
On Jan. 26, 2011, at approximately 8:29 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Megan Lynn McDaniel, D.O.B. 08/11/82 of 26250 Morton
Ave, Bonita Springs, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Morton
Ave/Sunset Strip, Bonita Springs, Florida.
On Jan. 27, 2011, at approximately 9:58 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Gregory Michael Grabowski, D.O.B. 12/22/60 of Orion Ct,
Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of US 41 &College
Pkwy, Fort Myers, Florida.
On Jan. 28, 2011, at approximately 2:30 am, Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Cassandra Lynn Ward, D.O.B. 09/14/89 of 6601 Lakeshore
Lane, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Summerlin Rd,
Fort Myers, Florida.
On Jan. 28, 2011, at approximately 2:41 am, Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Conner Patrick Galvin, D.O.B. 01/22/91 of 20711 River Ford
St, Estero, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of NB I-75 @MM 125,
Estero, Florida.
On Jan. 29, 2011, at approximately 12:58 am, Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Shane Thomas Spring, D.O.B. 07/15/73 of 6929 Highland
Park Cir, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Dean
Way/McGregor Blvd, Fort Myers, Florida.
On Jan. 29, 2011, at approximately 1:37 am, Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Jodi Lynn Duncan, D.O.B. 10/18/72 of Ft. Myers, for DUI.
The incident occurred in the area of Parkview Dr. & Fifth Ave, Fort Myers,
Florida.
On Jan. 29, 2011, at approximately 6:02 am, Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Delilah Ruth Pew, D.O.B. 12/22/69 of 2911 1st St, Alva,
for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Hanna Ave N/Lee Blvd, Lehigh
Acres, Florida.
On Jan. 29, 2011, at approximately 11:46 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Daniel Brian Lippincott, D.O.B. 02/20/75 of 4450 E 23rd St,
Alva, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of E 23rd St/Hamilton Ave,
Lehigh Acres, Florida.
On Jan. 30, 2011, at approximately 2:14 am, Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Tami Aurora Goeke, D.O.B. 10/03/82 of 6248 Plumosa Ave,
Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 12750 S Cleveland
Ave, Fort Myers, Florida.
On Jan. 30, 2011, at approximately 2:15 am, Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Diosmel Gil, D.O.B. 10/03/82 of 6248 Plumosa Ave, Fort
Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 12750 S Cleveland Ave,
On Jan. 30, 2011, at approximately 3:38 am, Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Jason William Goodrich, D.O.B. 07/31/88 of 1319 SW 34th
Pkwy/New South Province Way, Fort Myers, Florida.
On Jan. 30, 2011, at approximately 5:27 am, Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Guadalupe Feliciano, D.O.B. 06/10/77 of 4272 Cypress Dr,
Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Metro Pkwy/Danley
Dr, Fort Myers, Florida.
On Jan. 30, 2011, at approximately 7:18 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested John Virgil Brooks, D.O.B. 05/23/69 of 3085 Bowsprit Lane,
St James City, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Marina
Rd/Stringfellow Rd, Bokeelia, Florida.
On Jan. 30, 2011, at approximately 8:59 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Jason Albert Clement, D.O.B. 07/16/80 of Amarillo, TX, for
DUI. The incident occurred in the area of San Carlos Blvd/Siesta Dr, Fort
Myers Beach, Florida.
