FMB Woman’s Club presents 11th annual Home Tour
The Woman’s Club will be hosting their annual Home Tour on Sunday, Feb. 20, from 1 to 4 p.m. The cost of this event is $20 in advance or $22 if purchased the day of the event. There are six homes on the tour this year that everyone will love to see. The homes are uniquely decorated to reflect the style and personalities of each owner. A portion of the proceeds each year benefits six local charities in Lee County.
There are several locations that will have tickets: Tri Power Reality at 200l Estero Blvd. or 5689 Estero Blvd. or you can stop by the Woman’s Club located at 175 Sterling Avenue on Tuesday or Friday between 9:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.
The first is a condo at Island’s End, located at 8403 Estero Blvd. This condo offers a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico, Estero Bay and Lover’s Key. This condo features a wonderful open floor plan with breathtaking views from every room, as well as views from three screened in balconies. You will love the state of the art furnishings this condo has to offer.
The second home is located on Estrellita in Laguna Shores. This home offers views from the Estero Bay and overlooks Big Carlo Pass. This home is a stucco home that inside has three bedrooms, three baths, and den and has approximately 3,000 square feet of living space. The home has a beautiful pool area and a large dock with a boatlift for the avid boater. The home is in a quiet setting near a cul-de-sac.
The third home on Sand Dollar Drive is a stilt home with an unusual floor plan. The entrance to this home offers a breathtaking view of the great room which features cathedral ceilings, fireplace and new bamboo flooring. The master suite offers a sitting room to enjoy the views. There are large decks surrounding the home that overlook the pool and manicured xeriscaped grounds.
The fourth home on Lagoon Road is a newer home on Fort Myers Beach. The owners enjoy the peaceful, quiet location this home offers. The location of our fifth home on the tour is located on Fairview Isles. This ranch- style home has been upgraded with lots of pizzazz and glass. The home has three bedrooms and is located where the main canal intersects with an interior canal. The unique murals, flair of color and designs show the fun personality of the owner. The large pool leads out to a spacious and charming boat deck which is a must see.
The final home on the tour is located also in Fairview Isles on Bayview Blvd. This ranch-style home is beautifully landscaped and is located on the Back Bay. Entering this traditional home, you will be pleasantly surprised to see the contemporary dcor. The owners literally raised the roofline during the renovation to this home. The entire home offers great views of the Back Bay. This three-bedroom home is actually two master suites with a den. This home was planned for fun outdoor living by the pool too.
