Beach Women’s Club to show 11th annual Home Tour
The Fort Myers Beach Women’s Club are busy preparing for their annual home tour which will be held on Sunday, Feb. 20, from 1 to 4 p.m. This year there are six spectacular island homes uniquely decorated to reflect the style and personalities of each owner. There is a $20 donation and can be obtained on Tuesday or Friday at the Women’s Club at 175 Sterling St. from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. or Tri Power Reality Company located at their two locations 2001 Estero Blvd. and 5689 Estero Blvd.
The first is a condo at Island’s End located at 8403 Estero Blvd. The view from this condo is breathtaking and overlooks Estero Bay, Lovers Key and the Gulf of Mexico.
You will love the upscale, state of the art furnishings this condo has to offer.
The second home on Estrellita is a spacious stucco home surrounding Big Carlos Pass that also offers wonderful views of Estero Bay and Lover’s Key with a private beach on the Back Bay. This southern manor home has three bedrooms, three bathrooms and has approximately 3,000 square feet of living space. The home is situated on a cul-de-sac in a quiet location in Laguna Shores.
The third home located on Sand Dollar Drive in Laguna Shores is a stilt home with an unusual floor plan. The entrance has a breathtaking view of the great room with cathedral ceiling, fireplace and new bamboo flooring. The home features a large master suite with a sitting area. This one is a must see for everyone.
Our fourth home on the tour is on Lagoon Road also in Laguna Shores. It is a three-story stucco home with picturesque views from every location. The owners say they enjoy the panoramic views of the mangroves and the tranquil lagoon that surrounds them. The home has five bedrooms and sliding doors that disappear so the great room has an unobstructed view.
The location of our fifth home is 9 Fairview St. in Fairview Isles, which is a ranch style home that has been upgraded with lots of pizzazz and glass. This three-bedroom home is located where the main canal intersects with an interior canal. The unique murals, flair of color and designs show the fun personality of the owner. The pool deck leads to a spectacular view of the Back Bay.
The final home on the tour is located also in Fairview Isles at 11 Bayview Blvd. This ranch home is located directly on the Back Bay. You will want to see how the owners raised the roof to open up the home. This three-bedroom home features two master suites with a den and the pool area is always a fun spot to be.
