Beach school plans for next year
Beach Elementary School is beginning enrollment for the 2011/12 school year. Officials are asking parents who qualify to visit the school office from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday. Each child must be age 5 by Sept. 1, 2011.
If you are new to Lee County Schools you will need the following:
– Original Birth Certificate
– Health Exam within 12 months of enrollment
– Social Security Card (if available)
– Immunization card (Original Blue card)
– Proof of Address
a) Current electric, water, telephone or cable bill
b) Signed lease agreement
c) Homestead exemption card
d) Mortgage acceptance letter
– If living with relatives or friends you must bring a signed letter by them stating you and your child/children live at their address and proof of their residence.
– A Proof of Custody if child is not living with both natural parents.
Address of last school attended
– Copy of IEP (Individual Education Plan) if your child has one
