Pickin’ in Paradise comes to Bonita Springs
The Acoustic Music Society of Southwest Florida presents Pickin’ in Paradise at the Bonita Elks Club at 3231 Coconut Rd. in Bonita Springs on Sunday, Jan. 2, 2011, from 2 to 5 p.m. There will be a $6 cover charge.
The concert features Tommy Powell and Jim (Hear the gentile strength within the sound of this duo. For years they have entertained audiences in Fort Myers and surrounding counties); Andy Wahlberg (Soloist extraordinaire and an undisputed talent from Naples. His craft lay within his mastering of his unique harp guitar and in his connection with his audience); Irish Cream (Get ready to hear some good old sounds from this trio from Pine Island); and Bugtussle Ramblers (Kickin’ up some good old and new Bluegrass music).
Pickers are welcome to attend the jam sessions.
