Local church to host handbell artist
Chapel by the Sea Presbyterian Church at 100 Chapel St. will be hosting guest artist Kristine Stout, handbell soloist from The Joybell Theater, LLC on Sunday, Jan. 23, 2011 at 2 p.m.
Kristine will provide a very joyful concert entitled “Joy Un-Speak-a-Bell!” The admission is a free will offering.
Joybell Theater, LLC is a traveling handbell ministry based out of Nashville, Indiana. Kristine is a handbell soloist, playing 3 octaves (37 bells) of English Handbells all by herself! A visually pleasing program, Kristine combines traditional handbell weaving techniques with a special choreography to create a stunning musical event that will amaze and delight you. Her artistry, talent, and humor make for a program that inspires and overwhelms. Incredi-bell.
In addition to the bells, Kristine also writes and performs all the arrangements for her digital keyboard orchestra accompaniments. A joyful, energetic, passionately joyous and inspirational program, Kristine’s artistry and grace will keep you smiling for days joy guaranteed!
