Lee County Sheriff’s Office announces weekly DUI arrests
Impaired drivers are a very real danger to themselves and, of course, any motorist who is sharing the road at the same time. With this in mind, the Lee County Sheriff’s Office launched a multi-faceted campaign of education, awareness and enforcement to battle this threat to our community. We have elected to publicize the names of those charged by deputies with the offense of DUI during the past week:
On Jan. 3, 2011, at approximately 12:03 am, Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Pedro Miguel Martinez Leon, D.O.B. 01/27/50 of 2135 Grace
Ave, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Palm Bch Blvd
& Marion Ave, Fort Myers, Florida.

On Jan. 3, 2011, at approximately 9:21 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Shannon Ray McNear, D.O.B. 10/05/81 of 1503 Sheldon
Avenue, Lehigh Acres, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 2000 W.
16th St, Lehigh Acres, Florida.
On Jan. 3, 2011, at approximately 11:42 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Janet Washburn Fletcher, D.O.B. 05/16/40 of 1535 Wood
Rd, North Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 1130 N
Tamiami Trail, North Fort Myers, Florida.
On Jan. 4, 2011, at approximately 1:55 am, Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Rodney Michael Ohlinger, D.O.B. 08/29/67 of 8681
Wesleyan Dr, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of
Cleveland Ave/Hanson St, Fort Myers, Florida.
On Jan. 4, 2011, at approximately 2:32 am, Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Justin Richard Moore, D.O.B. 10/05/72 of 1117
Sweetwater Lane, Naples, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of
Corkscrew Rd/S Tamiami Trail, Estero, Florida.
On Jan. 4, 2011, at approximately 3:53 am, Lee County Sheriff’s
Club Rd, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of SR 45/Alico
Rd, Fort Myers, Florida.
On Jan. 5, 2011, at approximately 3:09 am, Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Christian Julian May, D.O.B. 08/17/80 of 7859 Estero Blvd,
Fort Myers Beach, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of US
41/Gladiolus Blvd, Fort Myers, Florida.
On Jan. 7, 2011, at approximately 5:55 am, Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Jeffrey Richard Bauer, D.O.B. 01/14/54 of 1376
Hedgewood Cir, North Port, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of
13681 Doctor’s Way, Fort Myers, Florida.
On Jan. 7, 2011, at approximately 6:46 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Cynthia Lorraine Hawkins Dillenburg, D.O.B. 01/09/63 of
9173 Temple Rd E., Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of
Alico Rd/Haitian Dr, Fort Myers, Florida.
On Jan. 7, 2011, at approximately 11:19 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Richard Alan Hayes, D.O.B. 08/13/46 of 9420 Labianco St,
Estero, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of S Tamiami Trail & Old 41
Rd, Bonita Springs, Florida.
On Jan. 8, 2011, at approximately 12:05 am, Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Mark E. Cooper, D.O.B. 05/29/58 of 709 SW 6tj St, Cape
Coral, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Cypress Lake Dr, Fort
Myers, Florida.
On January 8, 2011, at approximately 01:04 am, Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Jeffrey Warren Farber, D.O.B. 06/17/64 of 321 W Robson
St, Lakeland, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 10100 College
Pkwy, Fort Myers, Florida.
On Jan. 8, 2011, at approximately 1:21 am, Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Susan Marie Diaz, D.O.B. 04/15/62 of 12923 Stone Tower
Loop, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Estero
Pkwy/Three Oaks Pkwy, Estero, Florida.
On Jan. 8, 2011, at approximately 1:54 am, Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Craig Allen Pisaris Henderson, D.O.B. 08/25/69 of 11710
Rosemount Dr, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of
Summerlin Rd & College Pkwy., Fort Myers, Florida.
On Jan. 8, 2011, at approximately 2:25 am, Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Jordan Dius Roberts, D.O.B. 01/05/86 of 3900 Yorktowne
Blvd, Port Orange, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Corkscrew
Rd & Corkscrew Crossings, Estero, Florida.
On Jan. 8, 2011, at approximately 6:18 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Jeffrey James Zandlo, D.O.B. 04/15/66 of 3571 Creekview
Dr, Bonita Springs, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of S Tamiami
Trail/Bonita Beach Rd, Bonita Springs, Florida.
On Jan. 9, 2011, at approximately 1:22 am, Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Wesley David Langdon, D.O.B. 09/01/81 of 1279 Grand
Canal Dr, Naples, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 25150 Old 41
On Jan. 9, 2011, at approximately 2:29 am, Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Aaron Michael Elliott, D.O.B. 02/14/81 of 11730 Shawnee
Rd, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of SR 82 and
Griffin Dr, Fort Myers, Florida.
On Jan. 9, 2011, at approximately 9:50 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Juan Lopez Bautista, D.O.B. 06/23/78 of 18681 Miami Blvd,
Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Quente Way/Three
Oaks Pkwy, Estero, Florida.
