Chapel offers fitness classes
Chapel by the Sea is offering low impact aerobics, stretching, toning and strength training on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays on Jan. 3-7, from 9 to 10:20 a.m.
If interested, bring hand weights, drinking water, towel and wear sturdy shoes. The conditioning can be performed seated or standing.
Men and women of all ages and fitness levels are welcome. Walk-ins welcomed also.
The classes are held in Silver Hall at the Chapel. Cost is $5 per class.
