A chocolate and strawberry dessert creation wishes all a Happy New Year.
Bay Oaks Social Seniors gathered for New Year’s Eve dinner at Bay Oaks Recreational Campus. Sandra Campofredano and Brian Fraser of Bay Walk Caf catered the beautiful meal. Bay Walk Caf provided all the appointments, including the centerpieces, as well. Toasts were made with sparkling apple cider, rather than with champagne, but the good wishes for a healthy and happy New Year were just as heartfelt. The dinner ended with a yummy chocolate and strawberry layered cake with “Happy New Year” written across the top. Seniors finished off the evening by playing bridge before going beachside to view the New Year’s festivities and fireworks at Times Square.
