Beach Little League major league sign-ups Saturday
The Fort Myers Beach Little League’s opening season is coming soon. Registration will continue today Wednesday, Jan. 26, from 6 to 8 p.m. and Saturday, Jan. 29, from 10 to noon at the Bay Oaks Fields.
Bring your son and/or daughter and come down to the field to sign them up for the fun and excitement baseball or softball has to offer. It’s a new year with a new commitment to the League. The Little League is working on new equipment for the concession stand this year. It’s going to be a fantastic opening day!
Come on down and support our children and the Fort Myers Beach Little League. Tryouts for the major boys will also be held on Saturday, Jan. 29, at noon. All children will be placed on a team.
Sign ups are open for boys and girls ages 4-18. The cost is $60 per child. Scholarships are available. Volunteers are needed for coaching, umpire and concessions. For questions or further information contact Rick Loughrey at 463-6038.
