Mack: Democrats push job-killing tax hikes on small businesses
Congressman Connie Mack (FL-14) blasted House Democratic Leadership today for passing a massive tax hike on hardworking American families and small businesses.
Mack said:
“Today, the Democratic Leadership in the House stifled our nation’s economic recovery by raising taxes on America’s hardworking families and job creators.
“The Democrats’ political posturing at a time when our nation is trying to recover from the worst recession since the Great Depression is astounding.
“It’s a simple concept: allow Americans to keep more of their hard-earned money, and they will reinvest it back into their businesses and the economy. But sadly, the Democrats in Congress just don’t seem get it. The American people deserve better.”
