Lee County Sheriff’s Office announces narcotics arrests
The illegal sale, use and distribution of narcotics is recognized as a significant contributor to violent crimes, burglaries and thefts which can dramatically affect the quality of life in our community. Therefore, the Lee County Sheriff’s Office is making every effort to take drugs off the street by targeting individuals who are active participants in this unsavory underworld. This is being accomplished through aggressive patrol, undercover operations interagency investigations with local, state and federal drug enforcement agencies.
In the past week the Lee County Sheriff’s Office made a total of 19 drug arrests. To educate and enhance awareness of the Sheriff’s Office daily activities in this endeavor the following arrests are being listed:
On Dec. 13, 2010, at approximately 4:41 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Casey Gagliardi, D.O.B. 09/22/91, of 8306 Marx Drive,
North Fort Myers, on felony drug charges for Possession of Controlled
Substance without a Prescription, Possession of Marijuana. The incident
occurred in the area of Bogart Drive / Gish Lane, North Fort Myers.

On Dec. 13, 2010, at approximately 1:47 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Jason Austin Sawicki, D.O.B. 07/21/82, of 7917 Ebson
Drive, North Fort Myers, on felony drug charges for Possession of Controlled
17th Ave / SW 14th St., Cape Coral.
On Dec. 14, 2010, at approximately 3:07 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Giancarlo Noel Blanco, D.O.B. 05/29/91, of 119 Coolidge
Ave, Lehigh Acres, on misdemeanor drug charges for Possession of
Marijuana. The incident occurred in the area of Commerce Lake Dr. / Daniels
Pkwy, Fort Myers.
On Dec. 14, 2010, at approximately 4:01 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Brandon James Boday, D.O.B. 06/10/91, of 17341
Broadway St, Alva, on misdemeanor drug charges for Possession of
Marijuana. The incident occurred in the area of Bell Tower Dr. / S. Tamiami
Trail, Fort Myers.
On Dec. 14, 2010, at approximately 4:10 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Heraclio Andre Rivera, D.O.B. 05/23/86, of 4509 19th St.
SW, Lehigh Acres on felony drug charges for Possession of Marijuana with
Intent to Sell/Deliver, Possession of Marijuana. The incident occurred in the
area of 2427 Park Road, Lehigh Acres.
On Dec. 15, 2010, at approximately 7:01 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Alberto Vargas Jr., D.O.B. 03/01/89, of 2342 Katherine St.,
Fort Myers, on felony drug charges for Marijuana-Producing, Possession of
Marijuana. The incident occurred in the area of 219 Ivan Ave S., Lehigh
Acres.
On Dec. 17, 2010, at approximately 6:00 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Drake Michael Shryock, D.O.B. 01/03/89, of 12274 1st
Street, Fort Myers, on felony drug charges for Possession of Controlled
Substance without a Prescription. The incident occurred in the area of
Tamiami Trail / Cypress Terr., Fort Myers.
On Dec. 17, 2010, at approximately 8:55 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Noel Soto, D.O.B. 05/26/54, of Fort Myers, on felony drug
charges for Possession of Cocaine. The incident occurred in the area of
2776 Cleveland Ave., North Fort Myers.
On Dec. 18, 2010, at approximately 4 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Kenneth Dean Grup, D.O.B. 05/25/65, of 5439 Ottawa
River, Ohio, on misdemeanor drug charges for Possession of Marijuana. The
incident occurred in the area of 9930 Bonita Beach Road, Bonita Springs.
On Dec. 19, 2010, at approximately 3:20 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Miguel Adolfo Lapon, D.O.B. 02/13/70, of 450 Rathborn St.,
Lehigh Acres, on misdemeanor drug charges for Possession of Marijuana.
The incident occurred in the area of Lee Blvd. / Williams Rd., Lehigh Acres.
On Dec. 20, 2010, at approximately 12:31 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Michael Emory Lindsey, D.O.B. 06/13/91, of 1401 E 7th
Street, Lehigh Acres, on misdemeanor drug charges for Possession of
Lehigh Acres.
On Dec. 20, 2010, at approximately 4:23 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Monica Alene Hemphill, D.O.B. 10/01/69, of 18597 Oriole
Rd., Fort Myers, on felony drug charges for Trafficking Cocaine. The incident
occurred in the area of Gunnery Rd. / Leonard Blvd., Lehigh Acres.
On Dec. 20, 2010, at approximately 11:51 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Jerome Demond Moore, D.O.B. 01/16/88, of 1817 S.
Markley Ct., Fort Myers, on felony drug charges for Possession of Controlled
occurred in the area of Bell Blvd. / SR 82, Lehigh Acres.
On Dec. 21, 2010, at approximately 12:55 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Billy Jo Jeffrey Snowden, D.O.B. 01/19/72, of 4988
Sandpiper Dr., St. James City, on felony drug charges for Trafficking
Controlled Substance , Possession of Controlled Substance without a
Prescription. The incident occurred in the area of 13751 S. Tamiami Trail, Fort
Myers.
On Dec. 21, 2010, at approximately 1:07 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Christopher James Hawkins, D.O.B. 11/05/72, of 4763
Flamingo Drive, St. James City, on felony drug charges for Possession of
Controlled Substance without a Prescription. The incident occurred in the
area of 13751 S. Tamiami Trail, Fort Myers.
On Dec. 21, 2010, at approximately 11:01 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Takendrick Trawon Campbell, D.O.B. 08/08/85, of 2542
Grand Ave, Fort Myers, on felony drug charges for Trafficking Cocaine,
Trafficking Controlled Substance, Distribution-Marijuana. The incident occurred in the area of 2510 Leda Ave, Fort Myers.
On Dec. 22, 2010, at approximately 12:07 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s
Road, Fort Myers, on felony drug charges for Possession of Controlled
Substance without a Prescription. The incident occurred in the area of
Dartmouth / Crystal, Fort Myers.
On Dec. 23, 2010, at approximately 10:24 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Americo Tomas Felix, D.O.B. 07/01/73, of 440 NW 1st
Lane, Cape Coral, on felony drug charges for Possession of Cocaine. The
incident occurred in the area of 7th St. SW / Gretchen Ave, Lehigh Acres.
On Dec. 26, 2010, at approximately 10:13 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Alec Russell Budell, D.O.B. 01/31/87, of 157518 Iona Lakes
Drive, Fort Myers, on misdemeanor drug charges for Possession Marijuana.
The incident occurred in the area of McGregor Blvd. / Deep Lagoon, Fort
