Beach Woman’s Club schedules upcoming events
The members of the Fort Myers Beach Woman’s Club have been busy working on their upcoming activities for this season. This year will be full of new and exciting adventures.
Their annual flea market will be a two-day event held on Friday, Jan. 7, and Saturday, Jan. 8, 2011. There will be plenty of treasures for everyone. Come and join in on the fun and activities.
The annual Spring Fling Style Show will be held on Wednesday, Jan. 19, 2011. This year Palmetto’s Apparel, which is located in the Santani Marina Plaza, will be hosting the style show. Be sure to mark your calendar now so you don’t miss this exciting event.
The third event is the Home Tour that will be held on Feb. 20, 2011. The women have been busy working throughout the year to find fascinating and charming homes on the island that everyone will enjoy.
The Fort Myers Beach Women’s Club is located at 175 Sterling St. behind the Century 21 Realty. The woman meet every Tuesday at 9 a.m. and play many card games (bridge, canasta or Liverpool rummy). If you would have an interest in joining the club, stop by any Tuesday.
