Beach soccer teams celebrate season success

PHOTO PROVIDED The Fort Myers Beach U-14 boys soccer team, which finished with a 12-2-1 record and only allowed 14 goals while scoring 54, captured a county cup victory in their age group. The team is: Evan Simmons, Isaac Lefebvre, Gonzalo Riverol, Alex Kicklighter, Travis Redenius, Jose Sigala, Jose Martinez, Holt Wallace, Cristian Alcala, Scott Knobloch, Eduorado Perez, Laith Elrubaie, Port Lewis, Dominick Titoni and coaches Rick Loughrey and Jose Sigala.

Youth soccer players, coaches and parents from Fort Myers Beach enjoyed a year-end cookout Sunday at Bay Oaks Recreational Campus. The teams celebrated their success from the Lee County Cup Soccer Tournament during the first week of December. Congratulations on a season well played to all teams.
