Update: Accused Murderer Added To 10 Most Wanted List
Lawrence Rasnick was taken into custody on Wednesday, Nov. 10 by Lee
County detectives. Rasnick had been hiding out at his mother’s home in Alabama, and had been receiving information that he was added to Crime Stoppers’ 10 Most Wanted list. As a result of all the attention that placement afforded him, he made contact with Lee County Sheriff’s Office detectives and said that he wanted to turn himself in. Rasnick asked if deputies could pick him up at his mother’s house in Alabama, which they did yesterday. Rasnick arrived at the Lee County Jail at 10:30 p.m. last night, and is now being held without bond.
