Lee County Sheriff’s Office updates DUI arrests

Impaired drivers are a very real danger to themselves and, of course, any motorist who is sharing the road at the same time. With this in mind, the Lee County Sheriff’s Office launched a multi-faceted campaign of education, awareness and enforcement to battle this threat to our community. We have elected to publicize the names of those charged by deputies with the offense of DUI during the past week.

On Nov. 1, 2010, at approximately 12:38 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Rimantas Paulikas, D.O.B. 11/02/71 of 4301 27th St SW,

Lehigh Acres, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Gunnery Rd/Lee

Blvd, Lehigh Acres, Florida.

On Nov. 1, 2010, at approximately 12:13 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested John Emanuel Petruff, D.O.B. 09/24/59 of 4119 Ontario Dr,

Little River, SC, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 1600 Estero

Blvd, Fort Myers Beach, Florida.

On Nov. 1, 2010, at approximately 9:41 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Bryan Tabor Wendell, D.O.B. 03/22/51 of Transient, Fort

Myers Beach, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Alvin Ave/Estero

On Nov. 2, 2010, at approximately 7:14 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Frank Elvin Brown, D.O.B. 08/02/47 of 16590 Garden Blvd,

North Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Lavonia Lane &

Powell Dr, North Fort Myers, Florida.

On Nov. 2, 2010, at approximately 11:47 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Nicole Anne Levchak, D.O.B. 03/28/98 of 12175 Harry St,

Bokeelia, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 1520 Stringfellow Rd,

Pine Island, Florida.

On Nov. 3, 2010, at approximately 12:54 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Jeffrey Michael Zukowski, D.O.B. 04/10/71 of 4299 Island

Cir, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 3001 Estero

On Nov. 3, 2010, at approximately 1:05 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Carolyn Sue Epperson, D.O.B. 10/29/65 of 6895 Estero

Blvd, Fort Myers Beach, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Estero

Blvd/Ave E, Fort Myers Beach, Florida.

On Nov. 4, 2010, at approximately 1:30 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Joshua Daniel Moss, D.O.B. 04/26/83 of 2248 Chandler

Ave, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 1320 Business

Way, Lehigh Acres, Florida.

On Nov. 6, 2010, at approximately 12:30 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Stella Roxanne Myers, D.O.B. 07/26/62 of 95 Cardinal Dr,

Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of McGregor Blvd &

Pine Ridge Rd, Fort Myers, Florida.

On Nov. 6, 2010, at approximately 1:47 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Joshua Darnell Odom, D.O.B. 06/08/89 of 613 Hines Ave,

Lehigh Acres, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Colonial

Blvd/Metro Pkwy, Fort Myers, Florida.

On Nov. 6, 2010, at approximately 1:54 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Alban Clarence Daniels, D.O.B. 03/12/41 of 13650 Pintail

Dr, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of San Carlos Blvd

& Whitewater Ct, Fort Myers, Florida.

On Nov. 6, 2010, at approximately 3:10 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Ryan Steven Lindsey, D.O.B. 09/20/89 of 4154 Erindale Dr,

North Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Beacon

Manor Dr & S. Cleveland Ave, Fort Myers, Florida.

On Nov. 6, 2010, at approximately 10:27 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Sue Ann Beverlin Walker, D.O.B. 08/01/51 of 22461

Fountain Lakes Blvd, Estero, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Via

Coconut Point/Williams Rd, Estero, Florida.

On Nov. 7, 2010, at approximately 1:14 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Chezel Monique Merrill, D.O.B. 04/09/70 of 243 Palermo Cr,

Fort Myers Beach, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Crescent

St/Third St, Fort Myers Beach, Florida.
