Lee County Sheriff’s Office updates DUI arrests
Impaired drivers are a very real danger to themselves and, of course, any motorist who is sharing the road at the same time. With this in mind, the Lee County Sheriff’s Office launched a multi-faceted campaign of education, awareness and enforcement to battle this threat to our community. We have elected to publicize the names of those charged by deputies with the offense of DUI during the past week:
On Oct, 4, 2010, at approximately 1 .am., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Daniel Lynn Burns, D.O.B. 07/01/73 of 8156 Country Rd,
Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Bay Harbor Cir &
McGregor Blvd, Fort Myers, Florida.

On Oct. 4, 2010, at approximately 3 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Megan Kristine Campitelli, D.O.B. 08/09/91 of 1716 SW 3rd Ave, Cape Coral, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Santa Barbara
Blvd & Veterans Pkwy, Cape Coral, Florida.
On Oct. 4, 2010, at approximately 8:20 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Victor Cecil Holcomb, D.O.B. 01/24/65 of 2857 NW 2nd Terrace,
Cape Coral, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 2400 N Tamiami Trail,
North Fort Myers, Florida.
On Oct. 5, 2010, at approximately 4:02 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Ingris Naymoe Samoyoa, D.O.B. 01/22/77 of 1005 Joel Blvd, Lehigh Acres, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Lee Blvd/Hazelwood Ave, Lehigh Acres, Florida.
On Oct. 6, 2010, at approximately 2:29 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Edward Wilcox, D.O.B. 10/31/64 of 18509 Oriole Rd, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of S Tamiami Trail & Sanibel Blvd, Fort Myers, Florida.
On Oct. 6, 2010, at approximately 3:42 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Braden D. Van Wyngarden, D.O.B. 12/11/85 of 3265 Maple Leaf Cir, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of College Pkwy/Queen Elizabeth Way, Fort Myers, Florida.
On Oct. 7, 2010, at approximately 2:15 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Harry Sherman Hodgdon, D.O.B. 09/18/67 of 8056 McDaniels Dr, North Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of
S Dartmouth St/Crystal Dr, Fort Myers, Florida.
On Oct. 7, 2010, at approximately 7:41 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Victor Scott Pagan, D.O.B. 08/26/56 of 18410 Pine Nut Ct, Lehigh Acres, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Lee Blvd/Williams
Ave, Lehigh Acres, Florida.
On Oct. 8, 2010, at approximately 12:36 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Lee Landrum Blosser, D.O.B. 05/31/88 of 10641 Glen Lakes Dr, Bonita Springs, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Springlake Dr & Sunset Lake Ct, Fort Myers, Florida.
On Oct. 8, 2010, at approximately 6:50 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Gail Anne Peterson, D.O.B. 04/20/64 of 309 Donora Blvd, Fort Myers Beach, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Donora Blvd & Shell Mound Blvd, Fort Myers Beach, Florida.
On Oct. 8, 2010, at approximately 11:36 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Frank Cody Thrower, D.O.B. 02/21/82 of 108 Connect Rd, Lehigh Acres, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Old McGregor Blvd & McGregor Blvd, Fort Myers, Florida.
On Oct. 9, 2010, at approximately 6:38 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested James Phillip Mudd, D.O.B. 11/17/60 of 5202 Cedarbend Dr, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of South Dr & US 41,

On Oct. 9, 2010, at approximately 11:15 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested David Arthur Dunsmore, D.O.B. 11/15/79 of 1882 Florrie Ct, North Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Pondella Rd/N
Cleveland Ave, North Fort Myers, Florida.
On Oct. 10, 2010, at approximately 12:59 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Phillip Edward Merritt, D.O.B. 03/14/77 of 8341 Whiskey Preserve Cir, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 8341 Whiskey Preserve Cir, Fort Myers, Florida.
On Oct. 10, 2010, at approximately 2:48 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Anthony John Castaldo, D.O.B. 02/26/60 of 10449 Washingtonia Palm Way, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Colonial Blvd & Challenger Blvd, Fort Myers, Florida.
On Octo. 10, 2010, at approximately 5:12 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Owen Peter Wood, D.O.B. 08/14/53 of Andy Rossi Lane, Captiva, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 3559 Sanibel Captiva Rd, Sanibel, Florida.
On Oct. 10, 2010, at approximately 4 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Nicole Lynn Stanton, D.O.B. 02/10/75 of 2180 Lincoln Park Ave, Alva, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Alico Rd & S. Tamiami Trail, Fort Myers, Florida.

On Sept. 29, 2010, at approximately 1:50 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Russell Aldon Blum, D.O.B. 03/17/88 of 37900 Old Farm Rd, North Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Bayshore Rd & N. Tamiami Trail, North Fort Myers, Florida.
