Two women charged for pill trafficking

On Wednesday, Sept. 29, 2010, at approximately 5:30 p.m., detectives with Lee County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit and Bonita Springs Community Policing deputies culminated a two-month narcotic trafficking investigation. Over the length of the operation, undercover narcotics officers made numerous purchases of Roxicodone and Xanax from two white females identified as Mallory Colie (dob 03/01/89) and Samantha Mohr (dob 02/09/89). During two individual transactions, the women were in the care and custody of a child. As a result, officials with the Florida Department of Children and Families were notified. They have assumed custody of a one-year-old boy and one-year-old girl.

Late this afternoon, a final undercover operation took place at the Bonita Springs Community Health Center, 3501 Health Center Boulevard, Bonita Springs. The pair filled a prescription and sold it to the undercover detective. Narcotic seizure totals over the two months are as follows:

277 Roxicodone tablets

55 Xanax tablets

Total street value = $ 4, 500.00.

The two are charged as follows:

Defendant: Samantha Mohr of 19280 Cypress View Drive, Fort Myers

2 counts of trafficking in Roxicodone

Defendant: Mallory Colie of 9160 Cypress Drive South, Fort Myers
