Lehigh Acres locals to appear on Judge Joe Brown

Lehigh Acres locals, Jerry Bault, 52, is suing Phillip Kleinmann, 51, for $918. The defendant is countersuing the plaintiff for $2,930. Bault says the defendant’s son ran into his truck while driving a motor scooter owned by the defendant and he wants the defendant to pay for the damages. Kleinmann claims he doesn’t owe because the accident could have been avoided if the plaintiff was a good defensive driver. He is countersuing for his accident expenses since he believes it was the plaintiff’s fault.
