Lee Sheriff’s Office announces DUI arrest update

Impaired drivers are a very real danger to themselves and, of course, any motorist who is sharing the road at the same time. With this in mind, the Lee County Sheriff’s Office launched a multi-faceted campaign of education, awareness and enforcement to battle this threat to our community. We have elected to publicize the names of those charged by deputies with the offense of DUI during the past week:

On Sept. 20, 2010, at approximately 8:30 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Anastasia Maria Peterson, D.O.B. 12/03/71 of 9123 Irving Rd., Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 17640 S. Tamiami Trail, Fort Myers, Florida.

On Sept. 21, 2010, at approximately 6:24 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Dallas Stuart MacDonald, D.O.B. 06/25/83 of 27600 Imperial River Rd., Bonita Springs, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Estero Blvd./Island Pines, Fort Myers Beach, Florida.

On Sept. 22, 2010, at approximately 7:28 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Carlos Ordonez, D.O.B. 05/01/75 of 1102 Kanza Court, Lehigh Acres, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of SW 32nd St & Connie Ave, Lehigh Acres, Florida.

On Sept. 23, 2010, at approximately 10:40 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Helen Jean Abercrombie, D.O.B. 12/29/53 of 13740 Downing Lane, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of US 41 & Crystal Dr, Fort Myers, Florida.

On Sept. 24, 2010, at approximately 2:25 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested David Osbaldo, D.O.B. 09/25/86 of 10867 Goodwin St, Bonita Springs, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Pueblo Bonito/Imperial Harbor Blvd, Bonita Springs, Florida.

On Sept.24, 2010, at approximately 8:40 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Paula Gayle Brown, D.O.B. 02/19/69 of 4306 SW 1st St, Lehigh Acres, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Veteran’s Pkwy/Pine Island Rd, Cape Coral, Florida.

On Sept. 24, 2010, at approximately 9:00 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Wade C. Lookenott, D.O.B. 11/02/66 of 895 Dream Dr, Mansfield, OH, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Estero Blvd. & Dakota Ave., Fort Myers Beach, Florida.

On Sept. 25, 2010, at approximately 12:13 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Carl David Weck, D.O.B. 11/26/47 of 4358 Orange Grove Blvd, North Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of N Tamiami Trail & Evergreen Rd, North Fort Myers, Florida.

On Sept. 25, 2010, at approximately 1:25 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Sean Aedan McDonough, D.O.B. 08/27/57 for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of US 41, Bonita Springs, Florida.

On Sept. 25, 2010, at approximately 1:50 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Silvano Reyes Gomez, D.O.B. 06/01/82 of Boca Grande, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Corkscrew Rd & River Ranch Rd, Estero, Florida.

On Sept. 25, 2010, at approximately 10:10 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Jose Alberto Santana Soaso, D.O.B. 04/04/57 of 447 Figuera Ave, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 447 Figuera Ave, Fort Myers, Florida.

On Sept. 26, 2010, at approximately 5:42 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Mark Anthony Cushman, D.O.B. 04/12/85 of 19415 Skidmore Way, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Estero Pkwy & Cypress View Dr, Estero, Florida.

On Sept. 26, 2010, at approximately 6:31 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Carlos G. Tatis, D.O.B. 01/19/76 of 1601 NW 16th Terrace, Cape Coral, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 1601 NW 16th Terrace, Cape Coral, Florida.

Tamiami Trail, Fort Myers, Florida.

On Sept. 14, 2010, at approximately 1:24 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Alison L. Billings, D.O.B. 01/22/81 of 6328 Sugar Bush Lane,

Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 21740 S. Tamiami

Trail, Estero, Florida.

On Sept. 15, 2010, at approximately 9:16 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Miguel A. Orellana Guerra, D.O.B. 09/12/78 of 2536 SW

10th Ave, Cape Coral, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of San

Carlos Blvd/Main St, Fort Myers Beach, Florida.

On Sept. 16, 2010, at approximately 2:48 am, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Herbert Lee Broomfield, D.O.B. 12/06/76 of 4509 Luckett

Rd, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 4843 Palm

Beach Blvd, Fort Myers, Florida.

On Sept. 17, 2010, at approximately 2:11 am, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Justin Blake Conn Counts, D.O.B. 11/05/87 of 5244 Treetop

Dr, Naples, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of I-75/MM 143S, Fort

Myers, Florida.

On Sept. 18, 2010, at approximately 01:12 am, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Richard Madrigal, D.O.B. 03/12/69 of 772 Pondella Rd,

North Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of College

Pkwy/McGregor Blvd, Fort Myers, Florida.

On Sept. 18, 2010, at approximately 1:40 am, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Brian Joseph D’Agostino, D.O.B. 01/09/84 of 1735 Red

Cedar Dr, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Boyscout

Dr & Summerlin Rd, Fort Myers, Florida.

On Sept. 18, 2010, at approximately 1:56 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Dan A. Holt, D.O.B. 03/23/72 of 1708 Sunset Pl, Fort Myers,

for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 19201 San Carlos Blvd, Fort

Myers Beach, Florida.

On Sept. 18, 2010, at approximately 8:28 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Jose Gilberto Sandavol, D.O.B. 05/06/79 of 5423 2nd St,

Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 7431 Pine Dr, Fort

Myers, Florida.

On Sept. 19, 2010, at approximately 7:22 am, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Eduardo Benitez, D.O.B. 12/21/77 of 11831 Bernard Ct,

Bonita Springs, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 2776 Cleveland

Ave, Fort Myers, Florida.

On Sept. 19, 2010, at approximately 10:39 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Mark Alan Childers, D.O.B. 10/24/81 of 14053

Northumberland Dr, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of

8610 Gladiolus Dr, Fort Myers, Florida.
