LOIS POFF Creciente Condominium Association finished its streetscape program.

Creciente Condominium Association has fulfilled the Town’s Streetscape requirements for PHASE II of their project.

Back in July of 2009, Creciente began taking down the 35-year old Madagascar Olive trees which lined their property fences. Creciente North, East and South Associations met and proposed to plant 49 Cabbage Palms on this site. They reasoned these trees would provide a tropical canopy that would be visible from Estero Boulevard, Santini Plaza and commercial and residential properties located to the north and south of the area mentioned.

In April of this year, after completion of Phase I, they began Phase II planting 10 Royal Palms on the Estero side of their property, mirroring the Royal Palms already planted across the street at Santini Plaza Mall. Congratulations Creciente!
