Turtle lady speaks to Kiwanis

Turtle Time, Inc. founder Eve Haverfield receives a plaque from the Beach Kiwanis Club after giving an educational talk on sea turtles.
Eve Haverfield, founder and director of Turtle Time, Inc., was the guest speaker at the weekly breakfast meeting of the Fort Myers Beach Kiwanis Club.
According to club officials, Haverfield gave a very interesting and educational talk on sea turtles and taught the attendees how to make the area beaches more turtle friendly. Turtle Time, Inc. believes it is possible for humans to share the beaches and oceans with sea turtles. Their fate depends on everyone.
