1 min read

With the Fourth of July falling on a Sunday this year, the Fort Myers Beach Fourth of July parade, hosted by the Fort Myers Beach Civic Association, will be taking place a bit later than usual, beginning at 1 p.m., Sunday, July 4.

Starting from Topps Supermarket, the parade will head north toward the base of the Sky Bridge, which will close 15 minutes prior to the start.

Be prepared to see cars and floats from all types of local businesses, organizations and groups, including the Beach Bulletin and Beach Observer, just a couple of the many sponsors of the parade.

To volunteer, sponsor or participate in the parade, call FMB Civic Association members and parade volunteers Dennis Boback at 463-8798 or Lee Melsek at 470-3407.
