Beach Art association announces scholarship winners

At the reception held on Sunday, the Fort Myers Beach Art Associaton with support from the Town of Fort Myers Beach announced the winners of its annual Student Scholarships. These tuition scholarchips are given to senior art students from Cypress Lake High School and Cypress Lake School of the Arts who intend to study art and design at the secondary education level. Cypress Lake Middle School art students also have work shown and were awarded prizes.

1st place – Inga Charlamova

2nd Place – Tabia Lees

3rd Place – Jordan Alejandro

nCypress Lake Middle School Winners were:

1st Place – Emily Logelin

2nd Place – Sophia Unson

3rd Place – Sanissa Xayamounkhoun

The show will be available for viewing until Wednesday, April 28, during regualr gallery hours. The gallery is on Donora Street at the blinking light off Estero Blvd. It is openMonday-Saturday 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Sunday noon to 3 p.m. until April 29.
