Hispanic Male found dead in Lakes near Kelly Road area
On Friday, March 12, 2010, deputies responded to a report of a body found floating in a lake off Amberwood Lakes Court in Fort Myers. The body was that of a Hispanic male, mid-twenties to mid-thirties, average height and build, with black hair and distinctive tattoos on his right shoulder and the back of his right hand. He was wearing suit pants, black sneakers, a suit vest, and a black t-shirt. He had a wallet but did not have any identification. It is believed this individual may have been homeless and was possibly living in the Kelly Road area.
While there is no evidence suggesting foul play, the identity of the individual remains unknown and there are no missing persons matching his description. If anyone has information concerning the identity of this individual or where he may have lived, please contact the Lee County Sheriffs Office at 477-1000.
