Town/Chamber announce residential award
The Lambert residence at 4200 Estero Blvd. is this month’s recipient of the Town/Chamber Alliance Beautification award for “residential” property. They purchased this property five and a half years ago, just as Hurricane Charley hit and did a lot of damage.
It has taken almost four years to rebuild with most of the work done in 2008 and 2009. The Lamberts complimented their extensive renovation project with vegetation consisting of Cocoplums intermixed with Christmas Palms and a couple of Mrs. Lambert’s favorite: Dwarf Ixora plants.
This landscaping lines the side of their house, which can be seen from Estero Boulevard. It makes a beautiful setting for those visitors using the Coconut Beach Access.
