Lee Genealogical Society sets meeting
The Lee County Genealogical Society will meet on Feb. 18, from 1 to 3 p.m. at Wesley Memorial United Methodist Church at 4141 Deleon Street in Fort Myers.
The theme “Skeletons in Our Closets: Researching a Family Scandal” will be presented by Professional Genealogist Robin B. Seidenberg, a member of Genelogical Speakers Guild. Enjoy an intriguing tale of wealth, romance, betrayal, jealousy and murder. After investigating rumors of an
old family scandal that took place during the Roarin’ 20s in Chicago, Robin uncovered a sensational story that made newspaper headlines across the entire nation. Join us for an intriguing adventure!!!
