Beach United hosts lunch and Heaven study
Beach United Methodist Church will host lunch and a Heaven study on the following Sundays: Feb. 7, 14, 21 and 28. The study begins at noon in the Fellowship Hall. Based on Randy Alcorn’s book, Heaven, Pastor Jeanne Davis, Susie Bloom, and Judy Billings will guide us through the promises concerning Heaven that we find in the Bible. There is no cost, and all are welcome!
“It doesn’t get any better than this!” We’ve all said this at one time or another. Randy Alcorn in his book Heaven states, “Well, it isn’t true. The most ordinary moment on the New Earth will be greater than the most perfect moments in this life. It can get better, far better than thisand it will. Life on the New Earth will be like sitting in front of the fire with family and friends, basking in the warmth, laughing outrageously, dreaming of the heavenly adventures together with no fear that life will ever end or that tragedy will descend like a dark cloud or that dreams will be shattered or relationships broken.” Come and learn what it will be like being in the presence of Christ in the place He has prepared for us.
