No buying done at Times Square property foreclosure auction
As expected, not much appeared to go on at the Lee County Justice Center regarding the foreclosure auction on the Times Square properties today.
The case number was brought up and nobody outside of the lender bidded on the three separate parcels which include the Pier View Hotel, Seafarer’s Plaza and Gulf front lots once inhabited by the Sandman, Days Inn and Howard Johnson motels. The plaintiff bidded $100 on all three counts.
