FMB Little League holds registration
The Fort Myers Beach Little League will be holding open registration at Bay Oaks Recreational Campus on Jan. 9, from 9 to 11 a.m., and again Jan. 16, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Major Boy tryouts will be on Jan 23.
Baseball is for ages 5-16 and softball is ages 9-18. The birthdate used is as of April 30, 2010.
Practices begin late in January. Games will start in March and run through the end of June. All-stars in June and July.
You can pick up your registration at Bay Oaks, complete one on-line at www.fmbll.com, or call 463-6038. Registration is $60 per child. Scholorships are available.
We are also in need of volunteer coaches, managers, umpires, field crew and concession help. Register is early as teams will fill quick.
