1 min read

The second annual Casino Night presented by the Pilot Club and Foundation of Fort Myers Beach will take place on Saturday, Jan. 23, 2010. The event, which is the organization’s major fund raiser for the year, will return to the Fort Myers Beach Shrine Club at 19171 San Carlos Blvd.

Last year more than 150 guests enjoyed a wide range of Vegas-style games and a non-ending supply of wonderful food, drink and music. At the end of the evening the final word from most of those attending was, “.we’ll be back, if you do it again next year!”

Tickets, if purchased before Jan. 1, will be $40. After Jan. 1, the ticket price is $45. Tickets are available at Wachovia Bank, One-Flight Up, the Surf Club, or by calling Karen Swanbeck at 292-6285.

The Pilot Foundation of Fort Myers Beach, a 501(c)(3) organization, annually contributes to the International division of Pilot and, at a local level, supports St. Vincent DePaul, Alzheimer’s Foundation, Project Lifesaver, various youth programs on Fort Myers Beach, the Fort Myers Beach Library and Elementary School, camp scholarships for Ostego Bay, Estero Island Historical Society, quarterly beach cleanup programs, as well as assists with Keep Lee County Beautiful Coastal Clean Up days.
