Bay Oaks looks for vendors for Arts and Craft Show
Is your hobby making crafts? Or maybe you’re an artist? Bay Oaks would like to invite you to participate in the first annual Bay Oaks Arts and Craft Show. We are looking for everyone and anyone that would like to be a part of this annual event. The Arts and Craft show will be on Feb. 20, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Bay Oaks Recreation Campus. Line Dances on Tuesdays at Bay Oaks
Bay Oaks will now offer line dancing classes on Tuesdays from 9 to 10 a.m. starting on Jan. 5. Learn how to the Cha-cha, Mambo, Charleston, and many more fun dances. This is a low-impact exercise and fun for every one of all ages. Come by yourself or bring some friends; partners are not required. Beginners are welcomed. Classes will be held at the Bay Oaks gym. Pick Up Pickleball Thursdays at Bay Oaks
Do you love playing pickleball? Or maybe you have always wanted to try or learn what pickleball is? If so join us at 10 a.m. every Thursday for Pickup Pickleball Thursday. Pickleballers of all skill levels are welcome to come out in play. Courts are set up inside in the air-conditioned gym so weather is never an issue.

Zumba Gold to be offered Thursday evenings
Bay Oaks Recreation Campus will be offering a Zumba Gold class every Thursday night at 6:30 p.m. The Zumba Gold is designed for the active adult population or the true beginner (unconditioned) participant. Zumba Gold addresses the anatomical, physiological, and psychological needs specific to these populations. Barbara Groves a Certified Zumba instructor will be instructing the class. The class will be $5 per session and will be offered every Thursday except for holidays. For more information contact Coach Ed at 560-8929.
Bay Oaks holds aerobics clases
Aerobics classes are underway at Bay Oaks. Instructor Sandy Spitzer will lead participants in exercises which will benefit the cardiovascular system as well as improve muscle tone. Use of steps is optional and the steps are provided. Also provided are mats and weights.
Cost of the program is $41 for one month; $25 for two weeks; $20 for one
week; and $8 for one class. The classes will be held every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. Have fun, make new
