The Board of Directors, Project committee members and residents of Sunset Condominiums at 6400 Estero Boulevard are so very proud of their “Paver Project” recently completed in June of this year. Work started April 13.

They feel kudos are due to Croat Pavers Company. The finished product was a quality, functionally sound, environmentally atttactive parking lot, Gulf drive and pool deck.. a total area of 60,000 square feet.

Together with this completed paver project, their meticulously landscaped grounds maintained by Tim Henkel and their gorgeous stretch of white sandy beach, Sunset Condominiums can be very proud of their Town/Chamber Alliance Beautification Nomination for “commercial” property.” We congratulate you, too.
