Garden club decorates Beach library

Recently, members of the Estero Island Garden Club met at the Fort Myers Beach Library to decorate the Christmas tree and put up wreaths and other Christmas decorations all around the library. On the previous Saturday, members had planted poinsettias in planters leading up to the entrance of the library. The next meeting of the Garden Club will be at Chapel by the Sea on Jan. 4, 2010. Fort Myers-Lee County Garden Council member and floral arrangement judge, Judy Gore, will make a presentation on Miniature Flower Arrangements. All interested members of the public are invited to attend this meeting. It starts with a social hour at 9 a.m.
