St. Raphael’s hosts retreat
Faith Alive Ministries will be coming to St. Raphael’s Episcopal Church at 5601 Williams Dr. for a Faith Stories Retreat beginning on Friday, Nov. 13, with a potluck dinner at 6 p.m. in the Parish Hall. The evening session will be over by 9 p.m.
The retreat will continue in the Parish Hall on Saturday, Nov. 14, beginning with a continental breakfast at 9 a.m. The morning session will break for a light lunch at noon. The afternoon session will end by 3 p.m. Tom Riley, the National President of Faith Alive Ministries, will be the Presenter for the Retreat and will also be preaching at both the 9 and 11 a.m. services on Sunday, Nov. 15.
The focus of the retreat is to share with one another uplifting stories about St. Raphael’s. It is a time of positive reflection on the spiritual impact of St. Raphael’s over the years. There is no admission charge for the retreat.
