Local garden club holds meeting

At the Estero Island Garden Club meeting on Nov. 16, members were treated to a floral design demonstration by Lois Gressman. Lois is a long-time member of the Garden Club and has won numerous awards both on the local and state level for her flower arrangements. Garden Club members have a busy December ahead of them. On Dec. 5, they will meet to plant poinsettias outside the library, and on Dec. 7, they will put up Christmas decorations inside the library. Afterward, they will have a private luncheon at V & J Bistro in Seagrape Plaza.
