2 min read

Florida’s natural beauty is on exhibit at Lahaina Island Accommodations with the debut of a permanent display of works by renowned fine art photographer, Alan S. Maltz.

Lahaina Island Accommodations will feature pieces by Maltz whose imagery captures the beauty, tranquility and diversity of Southwest Florida and the Florida landscape. Residents and visitors to the area are invited to view the art at the company’s offices in Fort Myers Beach.

Maltz’s fine art is featured in private, public and corporate collections around the world including the Carter Center and Presidential Library in Atlanta, and the American Airlines Arena and Carnival Cruise Lines Headquarters in Miami. His works have been compiled into several acclaimed books. “Florida … Beyond the Blue Horizon” (2006) was selected as the official welcome gift for Super Bowl XLI by the South Florida Super Bowl Committee and designated the official coffee table book for the state of Florida by Visit Florida.

His fourth book “Visions of Beauty – Fort Myers, Sanibel & Beyond” will be released soon and is now available at Lahaina Island Accommodations.

The Wildlife Foundation of Florida and Visit Florida recognize Maltz as both the Official Wildlife and the Official Fine Arts Photographer of Florida, respectively. Guests to the area will also note Maltz’s works on permanent exhibition in the Midfield Terminal at Southwest Florida International Airport in Fort Myers.
