Cochrane joins Lahaina Realty
Lahaina Realty is pleased to announce the newest addition to our team. Andrew Cochrane is a long term area resident and REALTOR joining us from AAIM Realty.
Originally from Michigan, Andrew moved to Fort Myers Beach in July of 2004. After 15 years in the Retail industry working for the Footlocker Corporation throughout Michigan and Dallas as an Executive Trainer and Market Leader, Andrew won numerous sales leadership awards over the years. Sales have always been in my blood says Andrew. It all started with his father, Dennis Cochrane, who was a realtor for 30 years on Fort Myers Beach and has since retired in 2009.
Andrew was an Eagle Scout at the age of 15 and the first in the State of Michigan to receive all three palms after the completion of the Eagle requirements Andrew also received the Boy Scouts highest honor for saving a life. In High School, Andrew received the Award Co-Op Student of the Year for outstanding sales leadership in his retail of Chamber of Commerce. Andrew will be the Chairman of the Board of the Fort Myers Beach Chamber of Commerce in 2010 and is on several committees with the Chamber. He is serving as the Chairman of the annual American Sand Sculpting Championship Festival. Andrew and his wife Patricia are active members in C.E.R.T. (Community Emergency Response Team) through the Fort Myers Beach Fire Department.
