Blueway festival holds hog roast
As part of the Clausa Blueway Paddling Festival, the Florida Paddling Trails Association is sponsoring the Paddler’s Hog Roast Picnic at the San Carlos RV Resort on Fort Myers Beach Sunday, Oct. 25.

Events include:
– Morning – paddles
– 3 to 6 p.m. – Live bluegrass music by “Tamiami Trail Blazers”
– 4 p.m. – Presentation by Doug Alderson on paddling from Orlando to Lake Okeechobee
– 5 to 6 p.m. – Hog Roast Picnic. $19 per person; advance reservation only by calling 800-525-7275.
There will be a raffle throughout the event.
