Police roped off the Sunoco business at 19201 San Carlos Blvd. Wednesday morning.
The Sunoco station at 19201 San Carlos Blvd. has been closed down due to legal action. The business is not taking in customers, has been roped off by local authorities and the store’s fuel is being taken back by its suppliers.
According to Mo Durrana, an employee for Phoenix Petroleum, the corporation owes over $100,000 in fuel and also has problems with its landlord.
An undisclosed uniformed officer could only say that a “legal action is taking place” and that “the business is closed at the present time.”
