Realtor receives recognition
RE/MAX of Florida congratulates Jerry Tatarian for being No. 8 of 3915 agents in closed sales for the state for the month. Tatarian has sold real estate on the beach for over 23 years helping more than 1,000 families move.
He was awarded The Life Time Achievement Award from RE/MAX International as well as being a member of The RE/MAX Hall of Fame. Tatarian has earned The Chairman’s Club Award, the Platinum Club Award, and the 100 percent Club Award -all national sales awards. His bio was featured in the first edition of “Success Stories”, a yearly publication featuring top RE/MAX agents from the US and Canada.
Tatarian’s web site FtMyersBeach.com has been honored to receive The Golden Web Award by the International Association of Web Masters and Designers. He was among the first 500 Realtors nationwide to be selected to earn the E-PRO designation, recognizing achievement in online Real Estate.
Tatarian has also earned the Accredited Buyers Representative designation, The Certified Residential Specialist, Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist designation and is the only Beach Realtor to earn the Certified Relocation Professional designation.
Tatarian is a director of The Ft. Myers Beach Lions Club and the Board of Realtors.
