One of Lee County’s Most Wanted Back In Custody
A Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers tip has led investigators to one of Lee County’s most wanted fugitives. On Tuesday, Aug. 18, Lee Ervin Fleming (DOB 4/29/76) was arrested in Fort Myers and transported to the Lee County Jail. Fleming was wanted by the Fort Myers Police Department for Violation of Probation (Fleeing and Eluding), and Resisting an Officer. Upon booking, investigators also learned that Fleming has an active warrant out of Desoto County for Violation of Probation (Grand Theft).
During his lifetime, Fleming has been booked into the Lee County Jail more than twenty-five times. His past crimes include charges for violent behavior and drug possession. His most recent address is listed as 3763 Highland Avenue, Fort Myers.
