For the second year in a row, the Civic Association will be raffling a tub full of holiday spirits, a popular addition to last year’s party.
So bring the kids, the in-laws, the neighbors, everyone and anyone who wants to have a good time in typical warm beach weather.
And anyone who cares to contribute some cupcakes of their own can drop them off at the Civic Association booth at Times Square at noon on the 31st.
Everyone has a great time at the annual town birthday party, so be there or be square!
