Macular degeneration seminar set for Jan. 31
Retina Health Center and the Foundation Fighting Blindness will present their 6th annual public health seminar focusing on new treatments for macular degeneration on Jan. 31 at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort Spa in Bonita Springs. Leading internationally recognized experts will present their latest research findings, along with an update on ongoing clinical trials during the free seminar. The symposium will also feature presentations by local macular degeneration experts Dr. Alexander Eaton and Dr. Hussein Wafapoor of Retina Health Center and Dr. Angela Kaplan of Crandall Associates.
Two sessions will be offered, one from 9 a.m. to noon and one from 2 to 5 p.m. Admission to the symposium is free, but reservations are required. Call 337-3337 to reserve your seat.
