Chamber sets sights on boat parade, pancake breakfast
The chamber reminds residents to get their dinner auction tickets at the Chamber for $25 each for the Spirit of the Holidays Dinner Auction on December 2nd at 5:30pm at South Beach Grill. Proceeds from the event will go to the Spirit of the Holidays Fund to help provide Christmas cheer to the less fortunate children and their families in the Fort Myers Beach Fire District. Your contributions and attendance will assure our success.
Boat parade
Be sure to get a good spot to view the Christmas Boat Parade on Saturday, December 6th along Estero Bay. The Parade will start at Pink Shell Marina at 6:10 p.m. Boaters will gather starting at 5:30 p.m. There is still time to register your boat to be in the judging contest. Registration forms are at the Chamber office, just call 454-7500. Awards ceremony at Matanzas Inn Upperdeck following the parade. Dec.r 8, the chamber judges will be out finding the most beautiful decorations in the area. Call the chamber to register so we can look at your decorations. Cash awards will be presented Dec. 18 at the Outrigger Beach Resort Business After Hours at 5:30 p.m.
Pancake breakfast
Just $3 and you can have all the pancakes and sausage you can eat on Dec. 13 at the Red Coconut RV Resort Clubhouse from 7 to 10 a.m. Proceeds go to the Spirit of the Holidays Fund.
