Lani Kai hosts breakfast for law enforcement appreciation

Lani Kai Island Resort owner Bob Conidaris and its staff hosted its annual breakfast for the Lee County Sheriff’s Office deputies and volunteer staff Wednesday morning atop its Island View restaurant. During the breakfast, Fort Myers Beach Town Manager Roger Hernstadt presented a check to the V.O.I.C.E. volunteer unit for all of their efforts in keeping our community safe, in unison with the rest of the local sheriff’s department.
“Thank you for your continued service, dedication and protection. We know you all work tirelessly around the clock to protect our town, and this is our way of letting you know you’re very appreciated,” Conidaris said.
